Is the first examination really free?
Yes. The first examination, panoramic X-ray and written treatment plan are free. 3D tomography is done only for implant and surgical planning where needed; if treatment goes ahead its fee is credited.
Does implant surgery hurt?
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and no pain is felt; afterwards there may be mild pain and swelling for two to three days, controlled with painkillers. Conscious sedation is available if desired.
How long does an implant take to complete?
It takes about three months in the lower jaw and four to six in the upper; if a bone graft is needed it extends by two to three months. A temporary tooth fitted the same day can maintain appearance during this period.
Are clear aligners suitable for everyone?
They give very good results in mild to moderate crowding. In severe crowding and marked jaw discrepancy metal braces or a hybrid method may be needed. The decision is made together at the first examination with digital simulation.
What instalment and payment options are there?
Six to 12 instalments by credit card, bank transfer/EFT and direct billing with partner institutions are available. The total and payment schedule are written in the treatment plan.
Does my insurance cover dental treatment?
Most private health insurance partly covers examination, fillings and root canals; implants and orthodontics are usually outside cover. You can find your insurer on our partner institutions page or call the clinic to ask about pre-authorisation.
Is there a guarantee after treatment?
There is a workmanship guarantee: two years for implants and crowns, one year for fillings and 12 months for orthodontics including the retainer. The guarantee depends on conditions such as regular check-ups, oral hygiene and smoking, and is stated in the written contract.
Can dental treatment be done in pregnancy?
Emergencies (pain, abscess) and routine cleaning can be done safely; the best period is the second trimester. Whitening and elective surgery are postponed until after birth. If an X-ray is needed a lead apron and a digital low-dose device are used.
How do patients from abroad book?
Fill in the form on the Health Tourism page and upload your panoramic X-ray. A preliminary assessment and price range are sent within 48 hours; if you accept, airport welcome, hotel and transfer are arranged.
What should I do in an emergency?
In case of severe pain, facial swelling, fever or a broken tooth call the clinic or write to our 24/7 WhatsApp line. A priority same-day examination is provided. For swelling that makes breathing difficult go straight to an emergency department.
