Paediatric Dentistry

Fear-free first visit, fissure sealants and baby tooth treatment

Dental treatment for children aged 0–14 in a play room, with short sessions and sedation support if needed.

Examination free

Paediatric dentistry needs behaviour management suited to the child's age and development. In our clinic the first appointment is about getting to know us rather than treatment: the child sits in the chair, meets the instruments and a short examination is done with the parent. Because baby teeth hold the place of permanent teeth, early treatment of decay is important.

What the treatment covers

  • First dental check at 12 months and parent education
  • Fissure sealants and fluoride application
  • Baby tooth fillings, root canals and zirconia crowns
  • Space maintainers and early orthodontic intervention
  • Sedation or general anaesthesia support if needed (hospital partnership)

How does the process work?

  1. Introduction and play room visit
  2. Examination, X-ray if needed and oral care training
  3. Treatment in short sessions (20–30 minutes)
  4. Six-monthly check-ups and fluoride

Children's examinations are free; fillings start at 1,200 TRY and fissure sealants at 600 TRY per tooth. Partner insurers may cover part of children's treatment. Results vary from person to person; the final plan and price are given in writing after examination and imaging.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first examination really free?
Yes. The first examination, panoramic X-ray and written treatment plan are free. 3D tomography is done only for implant and surgical planning where needed; if treatment goes ahead its fee is credited.
Does implant surgery hurt?
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and no pain is felt; afterwards there may be mild pain and swelling for two to three days, controlled with painkillers. Conscious sedation is available if desired.
How long does an implant take to complete?
It takes about three months in the lower jaw and four to six in the upper; if a bone graft is needed it extends by two to three months. A temporary tooth fitted the same day can maintain appearance during this period.
Are clear aligners suitable for everyone?
They give very good results in mild to moderate crowding. In severe crowding and marked jaw discrepancy metal braces or a hybrid method may be needed. The decision is made together at the first examination with digital simulation.
What instalment and payment options are there?
Six to 12 instalments by credit card, bank transfer/EFT and direct billing with partner institutions are available. The total and payment schedule are written in the treatment plan.
