Dental Implants

A permanent, natural-looking solution for missing teeth

Implants planned with 3D tomography and placed with guided surgery; single tooth, multiple teeth and full-arch options.

From 13,500 TRY

An implant restores tooth function with a titanium root placed in the jawbone and a porcelain or zirconia crown on top. Its key advantage over bridges and removable dentures is that it replaces the missing tooth without touching the natural ones. Your bone volume and general health determine the suitable number of implants and the timing.

What the treatment covers

  • Bone measurement with 3D tomography and digital surgical planning
  • Guided surgery for less bleeding and swelling
  • Single tooth, three- to four-unit bridge and All-on-4/6 full-arch options
  • Bone grafting and sinus lift where needed
  • Same-day aesthetic solution with a temporary tooth

How does the process work?

  1. Examination, tomography and treatment plan (first examination free)
  2. Implant surgery: 20–40 minutes under local anaesthesia
  3. Healing: about three months in the lower jaw and four to six in the upper
  4. Permanent crown and annual check-ups

Implant price starts at 13,500 TRY each (standard); the crown is 5,500–9,500 TRY extra. Smoking, uncontrolled diabetes and poor oral hygiene can reduce success. Results vary from person to person; the final plan and price are given in writing after examination and imaging.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first examination really free?
Yes. The first examination, panoramic X-ray and written treatment plan are free. 3D tomography is done only for implant and surgical planning where needed; if treatment goes ahead its fee is credited.
Does implant surgery hurt?
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and no pain is felt; afterwards there may be mild pain and swelling for two to three days, controlled with painkillers. Conscious sedation is available if desired.
How long does an implant take to complete?
It takes about three months in the lower jaw and four to six in the upper; if a bone graft is needed it extends by two to three months. A temporary tooth fitted the same day can maintain appearance during this period.
Are clear aligners suitable for everyone?
They give very good results in mild to moderate crowding. In severe crowding and marked jaw discrepancy metal braces or a hybrid method may be needed. The decision is made together at the first examination with digital simulation.
What instalment and payment options are there?
Six to 12 instalments by credit card, bank transfer/EFT and direct billing with partner institutions are available. The total and payment schedule are written in the treatment plan.
