Root Canal and Conservative Treatment

Microscope-assisted root canal treatment to save the tooth

Microscope-assisted root canal treatment, often completed in one session, and aesthetic fillings for painful or infected teeth.

From 3,200 TRY

A tooth whose nerves are affected by deep decay, sensitivity or an abscess can often be saved with root canal treatment. The dental microscope lets us see the canals magnified up to 20 times, which improves success and shortens treatment. Treatment is done painlessly under local anaesthesia.

What the treatment covers

  • Canal cleaning and shaping under the microscope
  • Canal length measurement with an electronic apex locator
  • Single- or two-session options (depending on infection)
  • Aesthetic composite filling and crown coverage
  • Retreatment and apical resection

How does the process work?

  1. Examination, X-ray and pain assessment
  2. Local anaesthesia and isolation (rubber dam)
  3. Cleaning and filling of the canals
  4. Final filling or crown and a check after six months

Root canal treatment starts at 3,200 TRY per tooth and aesthetic fillings at 1,800 TRY. After root canal treatment a crown is usually recommended to reduce the risk of fracture. Results vary from person to person; the final plan and price are given in writing after examination and imaging.

What the treatment includes

Frequently asked questions

Is the first examination really free?
Yes. The first examination, panoramic X-ray and written treatment plan are free. 3D tomography is done only for implant and surgical planning where needed; if treatment goes ahead its fee is credited.
Does implant surgery hurt?
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and no pain is felt; afterwards there may be mild pain and swelling for two to three days, controlled with painkillers. Conscious sedation is available if desired.
How long does an implant take to complete?
It takes about three months in the lower jaw and four to six in the upper; if a bone graft is needed it extends by two to three months. A temporary tooth fitted the same day can maintain appearance during this period.
Are clear aligners suitable for everyone?
They give very good results in mild to moderate crowding. In severe crowding and marked jaw discrepancy metal braces or a hybrid method may be needed. The decision is made together at the first examination with digital simulation.
What instalment and payment options are there?
Six to 12 instalments by credit card, bank transfer/EFT and direct billing with partner institutions are available. The total and payment schedule are written in the treatment plan.
